FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

GENERAL FEE INFORMATION
The Media Technology Institute reserves the right to increase the charges listed herein, or to add new fees whenever such increases or additions become necessary. The listing of any fee or incidental charges in this handbook does not constitute a contract between the Institute and the student.  All students need to ensure that they remain in good financial standing during their tenure at MTI.  Please see current fee structure in Appendix 1

 FEE PAYMENT
All fees are due and payable at registration. Fees are to be paid at any branch of the National Commercial Bank. Special prepared deposit slips are available at the Registry.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Where students are withdrawing from school he or she must obtain complete signatures, on the requisite withdrawal slip. The amount to be refunded will be calculated only on tuition and applicable lab changes based on the following:

Period After Registration                         Refund

Up to two weeks                                               90%
Two to Four weeks                                           60 %
Over four weeks                                               No refund

To maintain the status of “REGISTERED STUDENT” students will need to be in good financial standing before or during their period of candidature at the Institute and satisfy conditions with respect to conduct, ethics and good citizenship
